4月18日，日本藝術(shù)家江上越作品，首次在臺灣亮相。日本白石畫廊是1967年創(chuàng)辦的老牌畫廊，是日本最重要畫廊之一，主要展出日本戰(zhàn)后藝術(shù)，白發(fā)一雄，吉原治良，田中郭子，物派，具體派，井上有一，草間彌生，奈良美智等等重要藝術(shù)家的作品。白石畫廊臺北館是2017年建立，其建筑由著名日本建筑師，東京奧林匹克建筑師，隈研吾設(shè)計。
On April 18, Japanese artist Etsu Egami made her first show in Taiwan. Whitestone gallery was founded in TOKYO, 1967. It is one of the most important galleries in Japan. It mainly displays the works of Japanese postwar art, such as Yoshihara Jiro, Atsuko Tanaka, MONO HA, GUTAI, Yuichi Inoue , Yayoi Kusama, Yoshitomo Nara, and other important artists. Whitestonegallery TAIPEI was established in 2017. Its architecture is designed by Kengo Kuma, a famous Japanese architect and Tokyo Olympic architect.

臺北展覽《Spring Session-日本當代藝術(shù)家展》 是日本藝術(shù)家的九人展。Spring Session其名來源于知名文學家朱自清的散文《春》。其九人藝術(shù)家中最年輕的藝術(shù)家。
江上越是活躍于倫敦、德國、芝加哥、北京等國際舞臺上的美術(shù)家。從自身的海外經(jīng)驗到以交流為主題的一貫制作活動受到國際上的高度評價，在日本千葉市美術(shù)館策展人畑井惠的推薦下參加VOCA展，在上野之森美術(shù)館展出作品。
Etsu Egami is an international artist currently being very active in London, Germany, Chicago, and Beijing. Based on her overseas experiences, her consistent production activities on the theme of communication have been evaluated internationally.

她1994年出生與日本。留學北京中央美術(shù)學院，德國HFG(The Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design)、目前在中央美術(shù)學院攻讀博士課程?；谧陨碡S富的海外體驗重新思考人類交流的可能性，從語言學到社會學，人類學，哲學等各種學術(shù)領(lǐng)域辛勤探索，她通過語言的起源探討人的本性，反思語言導致的社會。她的每一個藝術(shù)「項目」，積累了大量的在地性現(xiàn)場調(diào)查和文獻資料，用更宏觀的角度，以交流的主題為主線，一個個不斷深入，在國際上得到高度的評價。作為最年輕的藝術(shù)家入圍Sovereign Art Foundation的亞洲杰出藝術(shù)家2020 Finalsit其作品被莫斯科車庫美術(shù)館收藏。最近舉辦了日本白石畫廊銀座本館的個展"江上越展：你的名字?"，"In to the light…Etsu Egami solo show"(德國)、"Dialogue beyond 400 years"(倫敦)、"This is not a Mis-hearing game"(北京德薩畫廊)、"對話4000年-江上越個展"(日本千葉市藝術(shù)文化新人獎獲獎項目)等個展。
今年3月份江上越被推薦入圍日本重要策劃展VOCA展2020，在上野之森美術(shù)館展出。VOCA展(Vision of Contemporary Art)在日本藝術(shù)界具有重大的影響力。1994年被推薦的藝術(shù)家村上隆、1997年的奈良美智、等等這些藝術(shù)家不但都成為了后來日本藝術(shù)界的領(lǐng)軍人物，同時也蜚聲國際。VOCA展的學術(shù)委員也是一直保持了日本藝術(shù)界最高水平，如國立西洋美術(shù)館館長高橋秀爾、日本國立近代美術(shù)館主策展人本江邦夫、神奈川近代美術(shù)館主策展人酒井忠康等等。所以，躋身VOCA(Vision of Contemporary Art)展在日本被視為當代藝術(shù)家的"登龍門"。
Thus, she was nominated for the VOCA exhibition at The Ueno Royal Musem by the recommendation of Megumi Hatai, a curator of Chiba City Museum of Art.
Etsu Egami was born in Japan, in 1994. She studied abroad at HfG Karlsruhe (The Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design). in Germany, Central Academy of Fine Art in Beijing. Currently, she studies at the Central Academy of fine arts for a doctor's degree. She reconsiders the possibility of communication from her wide experience of oversea, and studies from various academic fields such as linguistics to sociology, anthropology, and philosophy including the origin of languages. Particularly, she devotes herself to a reconsideration of society by words. Her "project" gained international acclaim for the site-specific field survey and documentation. And those factors have deepened the theme of "communication" and highly praised internationally.
As the youngest artist, she was shortlisted for a sovereign art foundation as an Asian Art Prise2019 finalist, also as an outstanding Asian artist, her works were collected by the Moscow Garage Museum of Art. Most recently, solo exhibitions such as "In to the light… Etsu Egami solo show" (Germany), "Dialogue beyond 400 years" (London), "This is not a Mis-hearing game" (Beijing), "Dialogue-4,000 years-Etsu Egami Exhibition" (Chiba City Art and Culture Newcomer Award Winning Project) were held. In addition, her graduation works received a prize and collected by the Museum of the University.
VOCA exhibition (Vision Of Contemporary Art) was founded in 1994, aiming to introduce new and outstanding artists to the world in the future.
